Here's exactly what happens, start to finish:

This takes two minutes online. Already know which Canyon you're after? We'll have it ready. Not sure yet? Come in and try a few - we'll help you figure out what's right for you.
Chat with our staff
Before you ride anything, we'll have a proper chat - how you ride, what you're using the bike for, what matters most to you. Then we'll set up the bike to fit you and make sure it’s comfortable.
Take it for a spin
You can't really know if the bike is right for you until you've taken it for a ride - get a proper feel for it with a little spin.
Get your Code
We’ll send you a special code that you can use to order from Canyon.
Choose delivery - to us or to your door
We can build the bike for you and have it ready for collection, or you can have it delivered straight to your house to build yourself. The choice is yours!
Pick it up!
Roll in, roll out on your brand new Canyon - fully built, fully checked, ready to go.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes - booking a slot means we can have the right bike and size ready for you, so you're not waiting around.
Is there a cost to test ride?
No - this is a free opportunity to find the bike that’s best for you.
What if I don't know which model I want?
No problem at all - come in and try a few. Our team will help you work out what suits your riding style.
Can I buy through Moloko?
We keep a small number of ex-demo bikes available to buy directly through our shop. Outside of those, we don't sell bikes to you ourselves - instead, you order through Canyon, either in store with us or using the discount code we give you.
What if I want it delivered to my house instead of collecting from Moloko?
That's completely your choice - we can help you sort delivery either to us for collection, or straight to your door.
