Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To start a return, please email showroom@molokocycling.com

Include the following details in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item you would like to return
  • Size (if applicable)
  • Reason for return

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

If your item is faulty or incorrect please mention this in your email and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Items

If something arrives incorrect, faulty, or damaged, please email us at showroom@molokocycling.com as soon as possible and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll get it sorted quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Memberships
  • Digtial Products (Routes etc)

If you’re unsure whether an item can be returned, feel free to contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the replacement, then return the original item through our returns process. This ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you once your refund has been approved.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
