How far in advance should I collect my box?
- Pick up at least 2 days before you fly
- Gives you time to pack without rushing and check everything fits
How does payment work?
- We take full payment up front and require a £100 security deposit
- Deposits will be automatically refunded upon the return of the bike box in good condition
- Cancel up to 14 days before your collection date for a full refund
Is there a security deposit?
- No, although you will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement for any damage beyond cosmetics
What do I need to bring on collection?
- One form of photo ID
- We’ll take a copy and hold it securely for the duration of your hire
Where do I collect and return the box?
- Our Riverside Showroom, during standard opening hours
- No delivery option. If timings are tricky, call us before booking
Will my bike fit?
- Road bikes fit riders up to 6’3”
- Taller, or riding a downhill or 29” wheel MTB? Contact us before booking
- If it won’t fit, tell us within 24 hours of collection for a full refund
Can you pack the bike for me?
- We don’t pack it for you, but we offer a packing tutorial for £60
- Walked through step by step at the showroom on collection day
- You’ll leave confident to pack it yourself here and on the way home
- Please book this service separately for the day of collection
What if I’m late returning the box?
We know life happens. if you’re late returning, please contact us.
- Other customers are relying on it, please endeavour to return promptly
- £10 per day for each additional day
