From the legendary hairpins of Stelvio Pass to the breathtaking scenery of the Dolomites and Sella Ronda, we've put together a week of unforgettable riding in one of Europe's most beautiful regions.

But South Tyrol is about so much more than the bike. Our home for the week is a stunning boutique hotel surrounded by orchards and mountains, where rooftop pools, spa afternoons and incredible Italian food await after every ride.

And if you fancy swapping your cycling shoes for hiking boots, you're in the perfect place! With beautiful trails, mountain villages and plenty to discover, there's no shortage of adventures beyond the bike.

Our home for the week is a beautiful boutique hotel nestled among the orchards of South Tyrol, near Merano, with spectacular mountain views in every direction.

And this place is something special!

With five rooftop pools and Jacuzzis overlooking the valley, a sauna, beautiful relaxation spaces and opportunities for evening yoga, it's the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the mountains.

Whether you're relaxing by the pool, enjoying a quiet afternoon with a book or heading out to explore the surrounding villages, there's plenty to enjoy away from the bike.

One of the things we love most about South Tyrol is its unique mix of Italian and Austrian culture, especially when it comes to food!

Our hotel takes dining seriously, with generous breakfasts to fuel the day and incredible six-course dinners prepared with fresh, local ingredients.

And if you fancy a day away from the saddle, the region has so much to offer. Beautiful Alpine hikes, charming mountain villages, spa afternoons and even the possibility of exploring the trails by mountain bike.

• Difficulty: 4/5 Expect mountainous rides of approximately 100–150km with 1,000–3,000m of climbing. This Escape is best suited to cyclists who enjoy climbing and are comfortable spending longer days in the saddle.

Don't let the big climbs intimidate you! We ride in two groups to accommodate different paces, so whether you love pushing yourself on the climbs or prefer taking things a little steadier, you can find the group that suits you. There's no pressure to be the fastest, but a good level of fitness and some climbing experience will help you make the most of the week
